Need help acura cl type s clutch kit installation

Just did my clutch master clutch kit now my car won't pass 2 k rpm throwing codes for crank positioning sensor and map sensor but with the stock clutch it was fine can some one plz help and also the aftermarket flywheel don't got the pin that the stock one has was I supposed to remove it and install it on the light weight one

I called clutch master they telling me is not the kit dat they never had problem with their kit I wasted so much money for nothing

Too bad too, since I recently installed a lightweight flywheel successfully.

i really need the help.I would like all the help i can get.But i called clutch master and they told me i need to install the pin that my stock flywheel brings.And i didnt install that pin to my aftermarket flywheel .Hopefully thats the problem.Karanx7 so if u can be a nice guy and help a fellow member that will be very much appreciated.Thank you very much

Lol now I feel bad. Looks like you have no choice but to open up the clutch housing again. I used the AASCO lightweight flywheel which looks identical to the Clutchmasters one.

Do you still have the pin? or did you throw it away?

I was told by clutch master that the pin is like a sensor. Thats why my car wont pass @k rpm

When u installed your flywheel did u use the stock pin

You have no choice, the trans must come out again. No way to put the pin back in without taking the trans apart.

I used the OEM clutch and OEM PP, with a lightweight flywheel.

I almost didn't install the pin because I couldn't get it out of the old OEM flywheel. But I figured it would be best to use it just in case, and banged it out.

When u bang it out did it get damage. Because I was trying to pull mines out with plyers. And the corners got a lil ding up. Does that matter that they got a lil dinged up

Oh I dinged the shit out of mine, but it worked fine after I put it into the lightweight flywheel. Just make sure it's not so deformed that it won't fit in the new flywheel.

Back to square one. Took the fucking trans back out reinstall it with the pin and still not fucking wrking. What else can the proble be. No one should buy clutch kit from clutch master
