Oil leak...cant find it
My car has been parked in my garage for the past week (auto detailed). Before any of my work was done there was an oil leak dripping down from the oil pan. Again, after all my work, there is still a leak and when looking under the car I see oil on the bottom of the pan. It is coming from somewhere above. Any ideas? Car has 132K miles.

dude it could be anything. it could be as simple as a leaking drain plug....could be the oil pan leaking at the seal, could be a slight head gasket leak, valve cover leak. cam seal leak.
you need to see where to oil stops dripping and that is the source.
no one is going to be able to tell you where your car is leaking, it's all guessing.
you also did not mention what type of oil is leaking out or the amount at which it drips. I assume your talking about engine oil but who knows.
Does the drip get worse with driving?
does the car leak if it is just left there parked?

oil filter seal
front engine seal
valve cover gasket
are you sure it is oil and not some other fluid? leak from the right side would be transmission or rear main seal (standing in front of car)
Put some white paper down and then look at the color

There's a couple of spots on these motors that will leak in that area.
1) most-common: main bearing cap bolt. It's a bolt on the back of the block that threads in to the crankshaft main bearing cap and it's next to the oil filter housing and oil will run down onto the oil pan. There's a service bulletin for this.
2) oil filter housing gasket
3) rarely: front oil pump assembly or front main seal
4) rarely: oil pan gasket
Clean area with a couple cans of brake cleaner, test drive, and re-inspect area.

Back to a MT!
I have the same issue. Went to look under the car while changing my oil and the whole underside of the engine was coated so hard to tell. Thinking of simple greening it under there to clean it up and then check shortly there after to see if I can see the issue. It would be awesome if it was an easy fix. I was thinking front main seal which would be a pain.
