Looks good from the photos but a detailed inspection will reveal the truth. Have one question, can't remember if you stated it before but why did you just go back to black? I would've went with a different color if I was doing a complete repaint on a black car.

well buddy i they are not painting the engine bay or the the inside of the doors they are painting the whole exterior plus i like the origanal two tone color where it has a tint of blue in the sun but still looks black i had them add a bit more pearl so the blue can stand out just a bit more but you cant really notice it ..... what color would you gone with ....white???

I'm not sure what you're saying. Hopefully you weren't taking my comment as insulting. I was simply saying if I had the opportunity to paint a black vehicle entirely I would try to go with something different. White is cool as hell at times but I don't think I would change it TO white. Hahaha I think there are a lot of colors I have pondered over the years. The CL needs a perfect shade to really compliment it's subtle presence. Gunmetal, orange, green, light grey, accord purple, blue. It's not my money or my car but I was throwing a couple pennies out there. Look forward to the finished product.

Those lambo doors have been pleased out...
On Topic : I don't mind the doors, but I wouldn't put em on my CL (I'd rather save up for a TL or gas money). Glad you like em and this car is coming along nice!
Far less deserving cars have gotten lambo doors

@AcuraSpook and 1foxbody thanks!
can anyone recommend a good quality brake fluid? I read racing fluids, like ATE Blue, absorb water (which of course lowers the boiling point) much faster than OE grade DOT3 fluids and to use Honda DOT 3/4 brake fluid instead or you run the risk of corrosion. What would you do?

Just get the normal off the shelf Dot 3/4 fluid. Dont run Dot 5, you have to flush the entire system, otherwise it will damage the seals. But most importantly its not compatible with ABS.

THANKS @ civicdrivr, AcuraSpook, gnuts.
rebuilding the caliper was easy. The hardest part is taking out the pistons since i dont have an air compressor. I just went down to the tire shop and ask if they could pop the pistons out and they did since i was there for a tire rotation any ways.
**One thing i will say is the that the rebuild kit DOES NOT include 4 of the little seals you will need to re use the originals, so dont throw those away**

Take a look at the lower control arm bushings. If theyre cracked, replace them. Its easier to replace the entire arm. Same with the rear.

thanks civicdrivr i have decided to change all the bushing pretty much. I searched the forums for the front suspension and know what to get except for the upper arm. I dont know if i should get the Igalls arms? I dont if those bushings are rubber or poly? I rather have poly
All so didnt find anything on the rear suspension for bushings ? What does everyone replace there Rear upper an lower arms/bars with?

So after 150,xxx miles on the car the auto transmission has given out. I had it replaced by the dealer at 32,xxx miles. So im looking into having it converted but i want to find the parts and take it to get it rebult before i have someone install it for me so i can save some money.
My question is Is the 07 or 08 TL S 6 speed the best trans? will it work and/or is it the same as getting a accord 6speed and adding the LSD. is there a gear difference? is the TL S ^ speed stronger than the accords?
