Question about idling
I recently noticed that when letting off the gas in my 2.2 CL from a complete stop, there is very little if any power when I dont have my foot on the gas. I used to be able to start moving a little without touching the gas. This is an automatic. I have also noticed it rolls backwards more when I'm on a hill, have it in drive, and not touching either of the pedals. Anyone have any ideas or experience this?

it could be a lot of things, but i would start by asking if you get you tranny fluid changed regularly and how many miles the car has, because when the torque converter starts to wear out you can get those kind of problems. also seen my moms car act that way after 10k miles of 87 octane piss, fuel injectors so dirty had to floor a HONDA to get it to start.

try injector cleaner and brand name gas in the super variety to clean it out. then stick with the medium stuff at least( I use premium, I love my car too much not to)and get the tranny serviced with HONDA atf. and for all you people who think gas is just gas think again, the higher prices are for the extra refining (read clean) not the octane additives.

87 I bet, but...
my mom's 98 2.3 accord knocks on 87 octane when you punch it, and it's rated for 87. Besides just fill your car up into the neck of the filler nozzle, or better yet your lawn mowers gas can and look at what color virtually all 87 octane gas is. yellow-brown or rusty orange, the color of petro-chemical filth. This dirty component of cheap gas coats your fuel systems, leaves carbon residues on valves, heads, pistons, etc, etc. Eventually compression rises due to the deposits and your car will knock unless you use 89 or better octane. Hondas have wonderfully intricate, very well balanced engines that like any internal combustion engine don't respond well to deposits throwing it off balance. So if you love your CL (and I know most of you do, or you would'nt be here) use clean premium fuel to feed your baby. Besides what if you lose to some american iron because your car starts knocking and the computer retards the timing, which kills shitloads of power when it happens.

At the very least, use mid grade gasoline. I use nothing but Premium and I try to use the same type of gasoline whenever possible. Also use that fuel injector cleaner every 2,000 miles instead of 3,000 miles - something like Chevron Pro-Gurad to keep the carbon deposits from forming and extending the life of your engine.
