    I did it myself and it is a huge PITA but looks really nice. I'll probably redo mine eventually as there are a few wrinkles in it. You need to take the top of the car interior apart and take the panel out, then rip the fabric off while leaving the foam underneath. Clean the foam, then spray 3M 90 something adhesive on both sides, let the glue get tacky then lay the suede down. Also, it is highly recommended to get help to hold the fabric taught as you lay it down so it doesnt wrinkle. When that adhesive does its thing, it's pretty hard to pull off. If you want additional detail/pictures, I'm happy to send. I didnt post a DIY as I wouldnt recommend doing it yourself if you want it done perfectly.
