If you were to seriously consider this expenditure, it would be prudent to first take those part numbers and physically go to an Acura parts department to confirm with one of their professionals before ordering online.
That way you can verbally question whether these specific part #'s include the '...black exhaust pipe like I see on the PMC....

Why not just go get a can of high heat spray paint and go to town

Now that is quite the price drop, not that I blame you.
Keep in mind, deleting the factory mufflers with these may turn your 'windows up' cabin noise experience unpleasant compared to what you are used to with them in place.
Just for reference, where exactly on the PMC mufflers is this 'black exhaust pipes' effect that you desire (yellow circled areas)?
Also, look at how they deal with the drivers side exhaust connection in the picture above & below.
It appears they 'shrink' the end of the pipe to 'fit' within or over? the factory cat back piping holding it in place with some type of exhaust clamp.
If an exhaust shop cuts the driver side pipe, in the same area, to mount these for you and you don't like them and revert back to the stock mufflers, now you have a disconnected area that would need to be welded back up to the factory muffler. Not a big deal, though.

Yes, those are the parts that show. There is also this - https://www.heeltoeauto.com/cat-back...es00018ab.html
That is the entire system though. I was trying to focus on the tips color but would also think about the performance.

Before shipping and install the ATLP kit is about $70 cheaper then the OEM PMC exhaust assembly.
Any factory built in PMC performance 'upgrade' would be built in versus your current factory Type-S.
Or you or your shop could do as thoiboi suggests and paint the Type-S exhaust tips with something like the below from a local auto parts store for $30-35.

Yes, elsewhere they are telling me powder coat...I was just looking at a picture of a Porsche with power coated black tips. Honestly, I would like the interior chrome black as well.
